Preparation of NZY media

Uses

• Site-directed mutagenesis

Ingedients:

Per Liter:

• 10g NZ amine
• 5g NaCl
• 5g Bacto-yeast Extract
• NaOH to adjust pH
• Sterile water

Method:

1. Mix ingredients in Sterile water using a magnetic stirrer
2. Adjust pH to 7.5 using NaOH.
