Part Categories / Types

• We could probably make our device categorization a better match to what teams are actually doing - we should be very sensitive to what they are doing device-wise during the part submission / acceptance screen and dynamically rework some of the categories.
• TK: Three Top-Level divisions Input Devices, Output Devices, and Signal Processing Devices

Part-type documentation

• Enough background and a clear enough definition of the type for teams to use the page essentially as a recipe for making more instantiations of that part of type, intentionally.
