In vivo test I

Ca2+ stock:        100mM

Ca2+  [µg/ml] 0 0.1 1.0 10
IPTG [M] 1 1 1 1
Amp [µg/ml] 50 50 50 50

With this concentration of Ca2+, Amp and IPTG were following plates pour.
