We must characterise the different part we are using. Essentially :
- The promoters:
-DAPap: we must study the basic pops when no DAP is present, and establish the pops output curve depending of repression. look the arabinose AraC
-the high constitutive promoter that we are using:BBa_J23112
- cre efficience :
BBa_J5528 :Arabinose -> pBad = GFP : use it to test pbad efficiency,or make a similar construct
assemble Arabinose and cre one one plasmide, loxP ccdb loxP on another, and test the recombination frequency
