- -1M NaCl 2 ml
- -1M KCl 0.5 ml
- -5M NaOH 200 μl to adjust the pH to 6.8
- 2. After autoclaving add 2 ml each of 2M Mg-salt (1M MgSO4 and 1M MgCl) and 2M glucose.
