- 1. To prepare 100 ml dissolve in ultrapure water:
- -15mM CaCl2 0.2205 g
- -250mM KCl 1.864 g
- -10mM Pipes 0.302 g
- 2. Adjust pH with KOH to 6.7.
- 3. Add 55mM MnCl2 (0.89 g of MnCl2x2H2O).
- 4. Filter with 0.22 μm filter.
