Culture of w121 and FX85 strains for preparing chemiocompetent cells on tomorrow
We spread LB with W121 (Erythromycine; DAP) and FX85 (Kanamycine; Thymine)
Culture of Ligation Strains
We made 5mL culture of the new ligation strains for future minipreps and glycerol stocks.
