Using sterile technique:
1. Load 4mL of LB+Amp broth into culture tubes
2. Use sterile stick and dab the desired bacterial colony from your plate
3. Swirl stick in culture tube, ~5 sec.
4. Flame culture tube before closing
5. Place culture tube in 37C shaker for 18-20 hrs.
Flame stick container and LB+Amp broth flask when done.
