Our Project
The figure below is an overview of our system. AHL and aTc molecules are the two inputs. They will be converted into PopS signals of CI and lacR, pass through two logical gates and contribute to the sum and carry of AHL and aTc in the form of the intensity of GFP and RFP fluorescence. The result is similar to that of a pocket calculator
