So here is my little ditty,
About comuting in the city,
Drivers are crazy,
Comuters are lazy,
And the weather is always... pants.

Met the Edinburgh team! They visited our turf which gave us a great excuse to have the afternoon off. We started with a quick tour of the lab and introductions all round before promptly heading to the pub for drinks and 2-for-1 pizzas. And as if that wasn't good enough, free shots of schnapps with every dessert! Feeling full, we made our way to another 'authentic' old pub (complete with lighting à la candles and derriere-sized holes in the seats) at which point Rachel had to leave for a driving lesson.

The rest of us moved on to Kelvingrove Park to relax in the sunshine.

Oh, and Maciej fell out of a tree.

Ode to Tuna Crunches
Oh my tuna crunches,
You get me through my lunches,
The shop sells you in bunches,
And how you stop my munches.
White or brown,
Inverts my frown,
I gobble you down,
Frown upside down, laughing like a clown.

Today our resident sandwich expert had to eat her words, and kindly bought some Gregg's delicacies for Lynsey and Scott.

"Say aye tae a pie!"

Yum!
