1. Abstruct

Concept & Model

A bacterial society designed in this project follows Pareto's principle as an Ant society does. To realize this model, the behaviors of the model - bistability of each individual and the system's stability under the coexsistence of the two types - have been confirmed in silico and in virto.

This model is based on two principles - bistability and coexistence by cell-cell communication. See more.

2-a. Genetic circuits

2-b. Combinatione of Wet & Dry

Wet 1: Hybrid promoter

The newly deviced hybrid promoter regulated by two inputs.- the presence of AHL and the absence of LacI, that is, the presence of IPTG.
