Abstract
1. Concept & ModelThe goal of our project is to make a bacterial society that follows Pareto's principle as an ant society does. (See more.)

2. RequirementsBistability and cell-cell communication are necessary to realize our model of "stable coexistence". (See more.)
3. Genetic circuitThe genetic circuit in this project consisted of the new parts as well as the delivered BioBrick parts. (See more for the genetic circuit and the new parts)

4. WorksOur model has been sophisticated though combination of wet and dry approaches. (See more.) Wet assay
Dry simulationUsing the data from wet experiments
