  • Extract from 1.5ml LB medium to 20ul EB buffer
  • Stored in -20°C

  • Excitation: 514nm
  • Emition: 527nm
• Liquid culture for MGC clones
  • INS(human), IGFBP3(human), IGFBP7(human), IDE(mouse) for insulin project
  • PUM1, AKAP1 for m.t. project
