  • Extract from 1.5ml LB medium to 20ul EB buffer
  • Stored in -20°C

  • Excitation: 514nm
  • Emition: 527nm
• Liquid culture for MGC clones
  • INS (human), IGFBP3 (human), IGFBP7 (human), IDE (mouse) for insulin project
  • PUM1 (human), AKAP1 (human) for m.t. project
