Experiments
- pLac yfp was inoculated in 3ml LB+3ul amp and K12Z1 in 3ml LB+3ul spec.
- pLac luxI cfp was inoculated in 3ml LB+3ul amp, K12Z1 in 3ml LB+3ul spec.
- IPTG induction for both pLac yfp and pLac luxI cfp was done for 0,1,10,50,100,1000 uM concentration along with K12Z1 as control.
- pLac cfp could not be imaged due to lack of pelletes.
