Primer design and maintenance
- Primers were designed identical to the sequence in the VF2 page on the Registry.
- Primers were ordered and purchased from Sigma
- We keep a working concentration of 10uM and a stock solution of 1mM.
Problems
- Problems have been reported for these primers in which the primers are able to bind to sequences from the double terminator sequence, B0010, a part that we commonly use.
