Abstract

1. Concept & Model

We made a bacterial society that follows Pareto's principle as an ant society does. (See more.) TOP.JPG 1. Coexistence ⇒ 2. Worker Removal ⇒ 3.Coexistence again

2. Requirements

Bistability and coexistence by cell-cell communication are necessary to realize our model. (See more.)

3. Genetic circuit

The genetic circuit in this project shown below have been consisted of the new parts as well as the delivered BioBrick parts. (See more for the gentic circuit and the new parts)
