• Phil Status report on gas vesicles and gas vesicle plans:
  • currently have cells growing on plates - no checks done yet.
  • Plan up to Biobricks of basic parts outlined at 9 weeks including US shippment.(we have 13 max).
  • Details complete up to end of mutation for pNL29 but not pNL26 using primers designed by stratagene program. Urgent for .
  • Some items require ordering,round bottom falcon tubes, or manufacture NZY broth, blue/white plate.
  • Lac promotor and antibiotic death plasmids required.
  • Primers on critical path -------phil to complete ASAP.

• Jan Status report on Blue light sensor and light box apperatus, lead time on DNA fabrication?
  • Plan to have biobrick fabricated (up to 3Kb on fast turnarround= 525USD.)

• Adhesion: to be abbandoned for this year, unless clever idea comes to mind.
