  1. Add to a sterile Screw Top tube
  • 800ul of overnight bacterial culture
  • 600ul of glycerol


  1. Mix by inversion
  2. Immerse in liquid nitrogen and store in -70C freezer. Alternatively, cover the tube with dry ice and pour ethanol in the dry ice. Store immediately in -70C freezer.
