Testing of Homemade S30 Cell Extract
- Set up 4 reactions with the following composition
- S30 Cell extract 16.2μl
- Reaction buffer 30μl
- Pyruvate kinase 3.1μl
- rNTPs 1μl
- DNA/ddH20 4μl
- ddH20 5.7μl
- Left at 37°C incubator
- 1. Cell extract reaction with pTet-GFP
- 2. Cell extract reaction without pTet-GFP (negative control)
- 3. Cell extract reaction with pT7-GFP
- 4. Cell extract reaction without pT7-GFP (negative control)
