Transformation of Biobricks
- 15 biobricks were transformed into XL1-Blue
- Cells were grown for 1 hour and plated
- Plates were at 37°C overnight

- 9. BBa_R0010 [lacI]
- 10.BBa_E7010 [RFP]
- 11.BBa_E7104 [T7 GFP]
- 12.BBa_S03550 [araC]
- 13.BBa_B0015 [Terminator]
- 14.BBa_R0051 [pCI]
- 15.BBa_S07037 [pCI-GFP]

- Plate 3 had no colony (possibly due to large plasmid size - difficult to transform)
Preparation of Competent Cells
- BL21(DE3)-Gold was made electrocompetent
