- 1x 1 litre of 1M Tris-Cl
- 1x 500 ml of 50x Tris-acetate
Preparation of Competent Cells
- Picked colonies from agar plates
- Grew colonies in LB media
- DH5Alpha
- XL1Blue
- Incubated cultures at 37°C overnight
