Calibration and degradation for GFP mut3b

  • Aim: The aim of this test was to get a calibration and degrdation curve for GFP mut3b
  • The protocols used can be found here??
  • We got a calibration curve from the experiments, which can be seen here
  • The degradation curve can be seen here??. The results showed that the degradation of GFP mut3b is negligible over a period of ?? hours
