Preparation of Stock Solutions
- 1x 500 ml of 2M Tris-acetate pH 8.2
- 1x 500 ml of Buffer A for preparation of S30/S12 cell extract
- 1x 500 ml of Buffer B for preparation of S30/S12 cell extract
- 1x 50 ml of 2mM amino acids
