Calibration and degradation for GFP mut3b

  • Aim: The aim of this test was to get a calibration and degrdation curve for GFP mut3b
  • The protocols used can be found here: Calibration Protocol and Degradation Protocols
  • We got a calibration curve from the experiments, which can be seen here Results
  • The degradation curve can be seen here Results. The results showed that the half life of GFPmut3b is about 1980 minutes, or approximately 33 hours.
