- 10.BBa_E7010 [RFP]
- 11.BBa_E7104 [T7 GFP]
- 12.BBa_S03550 [araC]
- 13.BBa_B0015 [Terminator]
- 14.BBa_R0051 [pCI]
- 15.BBa_S07037 [pCI-GFP]
- Plates were not received in time so the cells could not be grown and plated
- The transformation of the same biobricks will need to be carried out again tomorrow
